Method of payment

- You can make payment in advance with your credit card or wire registration fee to our bank account. Please
note that the payment should be made until September 18. 2009.

- VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB card are available for making payment on-line.

- The sender's name must be identical to the name on the application.

- Related fee and bank handling charges should be paid by applicants.

- When you wire the payment for the group(for 20 or more persons) the sender’s name should be the same as
that of the representative of your group application.

Cancellation and refund policy

- Refer to the below information regarding the cancellation and refund policy during the pre-registration period.

Refund request before September 25, 2009	half of the payment made will be refunded
Refund request after September 26, 2009	there will be no refund

- Refunds will be made after the conference (Oct. 11, 2009) and bank transfer fee will de deducted from the refund
amount.

- Other special case to cancel or adjusting your application can be reached to the secretariat.

Others

- Pre-registration can be made only through on-line at our website(http://sdo.seoul.go.kr).

- You can still make on-site registration if you missed the pre-registration period.

- To register yourself as student status you should bring student ID card.
- If you failed to demonstrate such ID card, you should pay additional fee for your entrance.

- Please be advised that the seats are limited and we recommend you make your registration as early as possible.
